Basic Module A (30 ECTS)

The first semester module is the basic module A. It mainly consists of compulsory courses, and part of the courses will be given in German. It covers principles related to food safety to provide the students with basic knowledge in this area. Thus they will be optimally prepared for the following two advanced modules B.
